Hi! We are Three Peas in a Pod.
We’re an agency founded by a career nanny of 10 years. Starting out babysitting to earn extra income while in college, she picked up after-school and part-time jobs along the way, and eventually worked her way into full-time positions caring for neighborhood families and executive households. She learned this industry from the inside out and that experience is wrapped into everything we do.
We are here to connect families with caregivers they can genuinely trust and kids can actually grow with.
Every family is different. Every kid is different. That is why we do not do one size fits all. We offer nanny shares, family matching, full-time private placements, part-time and short-term care, and on-demand babysitting. Whatever fits your family, your budget, and your life.
