Babysitting
Every sitter is background-checked, CPR-certified and interviewed in person by Patrece before they ever meet a family. Book one when you need one, or keep one within reach with a membership.
Three Peas in a Pod is a babysitting agency in Denver: a vetted sitter for a date night, an appointment or a work event, asked for by form, text or phone. In 2026 a membership starts at $30 a month and takes the booking fee off every request, and without one each booking is a flat $32 fee. Either way, the family pays the sitter's hourly rate directly to the sitter.

$32
One evening, one flat fee, the same vetted sitters. Right for the wedding, the work dinner, the once-in-a-while.
$45 a month
No booking fee and priority matching. Right if you go out more than once a month.
Planning a date night? See what a night out costs. School closed that day? Every day Denver schools are out this year.
Cancel any time; it runs to the end of the paid period. Paying for the year costs less than paying monthly.
Go out about once a month? Pea Sprout is $30 a month or $300 a year: up to 4 care requests a month, 48 hours' notice. Choose Pea Sprout
Need care often, or at short notice? Pea Patch is $65 a month or $650 a year: unlimited care requests, same-day care when available, top priority matching. Choose Pea Patch
A care request is one booking, however long it runs. You pay your sitter directly; every fee we charge is on one page. Pea Sprout, at $30 a month, costs less than a single $32 booking fee.
The form, a call or a text. Say when, for how long and for whom.
We pick an available sitter from the network we vetted ourselves.
Their full profile and contact details reach you before they arrive.
Your sitter arrives and you go. If anything comes up, we are a call away.
Members do not pay the booking fee. The short-notice and same-day fees apply to every booking, members included.
What a 4-hour evening out costs, all in.
$132 to $172
A $32 one-time booking fee to us, plus your sitter's hours, paid directly to them. Sitters in Denver usually earn $25 to $35 an hour, so 4 hours runs about $100 to $140.
$130 to $170
No booking fee. The same sitter's hours, plus a month of Pea Sprout at $30, which is in that total.
Both totals are for an evening booked at least two days ahead. Booking inside 24 hours adds $28, and under four hours adds $42, for members too, when a sitter is available.
New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day are the busiest nights for sitters. Book two to four weeks ahead if your date falls on either one.
Membership bookings can be cancelled free with 48 hours' notice. Inside 48 hours, call or text as early as you can: a sitter has set that evening aside for you. A membership itself can be cancelled at any time, and runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Every sitter, before they meet a family.
The checklist we work from
A monthly membership that keeps a vetted sitter within reach for date nights, appointments and work events. Pea Pod is $45 a month (up to 8 care requests a month), or $450 for the year. Go out about once a month? Pea Sprout is $30 a month (up to 4 care requests a month), or $300 for the year. Need care often, or at short notice? Pea Patch is $65 a month (unlimited care requests, same-day care when available, top priority matching), or $650 for the year. You pay the sitter directly for their hours.
Yes. A one-time booking is a flat $32 booking fee, with the same vetted sitters. If you find yourself booking more than once a month, a membership costs less.
Members book with 48 hours' notice on Pea Sprout, Pea Pod members are matched first, when a sitter is available, and Pea Patch members get same-day care when available, with top priority. Members do not pay the booking fee. A short-notice or same-day booking carries an added fee for everyone, members included, listed with our prices. If you need someone today, call rather than use the form.
Not for babysitting. We have already done the screening, and you receive the sitter's full profile and contact details before every booking. For nanny placements, yes: you interview your top candidates and choose your person.
Membership bookings can be cancelled free with 48 hours' notice. Inside 48 hours, call or text as early as you can, because a sitter has set that time aside for you. A membership itself can be cancelled at any time, and runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Yes, as a nanny placement. A part-time nanny works 25 hours a week or less, and we find, vet and match them the same way as a full-time one. For a single day or an evening, a one-time sitter is a $32 booking fee.
