Yes. A one-time booking is a flat $32 booking fee, with the same vetted sitters. If you find yourself booking more than once a month, a membership costs less.

Not for babysitting. We have already done the screening, and you receive the sitter's full profile and contact details before every booking. For nanny placements, yes: you interview your top candidates and choose your person.

Membership bookings can be cancelled free with 48 hours' notice. Inside 48 hours, call or text as early as you can, because a sitter has set that time aside for you. A membership itself can be cancelled at any time, and runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

It starts with a discovery call about the hours, the ages, the pay range and what matters most to you, and a $500 intake fee that starts the search. We source and vet candidates, you interview two or three who fit and choose your person, and a trial period follows before anyone signs a contract. The placement fee is 7% of annual pay for a part-time nanny and 8% of annual pay for full-time.
