Denver babysitters and nannies, matched by a nanny

You see the vetting before you see the sitter.

Nobody reaches your front door until Patrece has checked them herself.

Patrece reads every request herself and replies within one business day. Booking a sitter for one evening is a $32 fee, and you pay the sitter's hourly rate directly. Every price is on the site.

How it works

Booking a sitter

Memberships and one-time sitters

  1. Tell us what you need

The form, a call or a text. Say when, for how long and for whom.

  2. We find your match

We pick an available sitter from the network we vetted ourselves.

  3. Meet your sitter on paper first

Their full profile and contact details reach you before they arrive.

  4. Then you head out

Your sitter arrives and you go. If anything comes up, we are a call away.

Placing a nanny

Part-time, full-time and nanny share

  1. A discovery call

Tell us the hours, the ages, the pay range and what matters most. The $500 intake fee starts the search.

  2. She sources and vets

Background, driving record, CPR, references and a personal interview, before you ever see a name.

  3. You interview and choose

Two or three candidates who fit, on paper first and then in person. You pick your person.

  4. Trial, then a contract

Two weeks part-time or three full-time, with a free replacement if either side wants to change course. Then you sign, and we introduce you to a payroll service.

We require a licensed payroll service, such as HomePay. More about payroll.

Our story

Ten years on the other side of the front door.

Patrece Hodge started at seventeen and has been the babysitter, the nanny, the mother's helper, the family assistant and the house manager.

She started Three Peas in 2025 because families, especially first-time nanny employers, had no idea where to start, and good caregivers were left to sort out contracts alone.

There is no franchise and no call center. When you text, she is the one who reads it. The longer story.

When everyone plays their part, the kids win, which means we all win.

Questions parents ask

Answered plainly.

Who pays the sitter or nanny?

You do, directly, at an hourly rate you agree on together. Our fees cover the vetting, matching and coordination only. Sitters and nannies in Denver usually earn $25 to $35 an hour.

Do I get to interview the sitter first?

Not for babysitting. We have already done the screening, and you receive the sitter's full profile and contact details before every booking. For nanny placements, yes: you interview your top candidates and choose your person.

What if the sitter cancels?

If your sitter has to cancel, we tell you as soon as we know and look for someone else. We cannot promise one will be free.

Every question we get asked. Something else? Text us or ask in the form.
